  Lonnie was everything I had hoped for in an agent: knowledgeable, responsive, and honest. He would show us places, and unlike some others I briefly had showings with in the past, wouldn't attempt to wallpaper over problems just to try and make a sale. He discusses the pros and cons of each property in earnest, and what he felt would be realistic in terms of offers based on the current market assessment. The home buying/selling process is always stressful, but Lonnie made it as easy as I could imagine it being. All this in a really cool, calm, collected guy really helped with the sense of ease. He went to bat for us when we found our place and looked after the contingencies for repairs, even when the seller was, to put it lightly, lackadaisical in their approach. He took time to go back and back and back to check the status of the repairs with us to insure a smooth closing. For selling our old place, he was, again, a total rockstar. He knew the market, what was realistic for a quick sell, and advised us on any and all offers, and the pros and cons of each. Honestly, can't say enough about how smooth he made every process. Absolutely stellar realtor, and honestly, just a chill dude.
