 Lonnie was everything I had hoped for in an agent: knowledgeable, responsive, and honest. He would show us places, and unlike some others I briefly had showings with in the past, wouldn't attempt to wallpaper over problems just to try and make a sale.

He discusses the pros and cons of each property in earnest, and what he felt would be realistic in terms of offers based on the current market assessment. The home buying/selling process is always stressful, but Lonnie made it as easy as I could imagine it being.

For selling our old place, he was, again, a total rockstar. He knew the market, what was realistic for a quick sell, and advised us on any and all offers, and the pros and cons of each.
